One of my favorite pictures of the 2 older ones. Taken on the coast of Maine.The background is a piece of Bazzill card stock, sprayed with Tattered Angels Glimmer mist over a Tim Holtz mask and then splattered with Watercolor Paints.
The tag is from a swap several years back, but was perfect for this.
The letters are fabric covered with Watercolor Paints.
This layout was featured in the Sept issue of Scrapbook News and Review.
